• By opening an order or purchasing any service from UniqueBots, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version of these Terms.

2.Payments

• All payments are final.
• Refunds are not provided once work has started or the product has been delivered.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent blacklist from all UniqueBots services.
• Customers must send the correct payment amount using one of our supported payment methods.

3.Orders

• Customers must provide all required information before development begins.
• Delays caused by missing information from the customer are not the responsibility of UniqueBots.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason.

4.Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may change depending on workload or project complexity.
• Custom projects may require additional time if new features are requested during development.

5.Updates

• Purchased updates only include the features agreed upon before development.
• Additional features requested after completion may require an additional payment.
• Free updates are provided only if explicitly stated in the purchased plan.

6.Support

• Support is provided only through official UniqueBots channels.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting providers, Discord outages, API changes, or modifications made by the customer.

7.Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep access credentials secure.
• Not modify the bot in a way that causes instability while requesting support.
• Use the bot in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policies.

8.Prohibited Use

Customers may not use our products or services for:

• Illegal activities.
• Scamming or fraud.
• Malware or harmful software.
• Violating Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

9.Intellectual Property

• All code, graphics, and assets created by UniqueBots remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customers may not resell, redistribute, leak, or claim ownership of our work without permission.

10.Warranty

• We strive to deliver high-quality products.
• Due to Discord API updates, third-party changes, or hosting issues, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation forever.
• Bug fixes for issues caused by our code will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.

11.Limitation of Liability

UniqueBots is not responsible for:

• Lost profits.
• Lost data.
• Server damage.
• Hosting issues.
• Third-party service failures.
• Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

12.Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service.
• Cancel an order.
• Remove access to support.
• Blacklist any customer who violates these Terms or abuses our staff.
